Our organization was founded in the summer of 2011 to get youth excited about science, technology, arts, engineering, and mathematics. Our program targets underrepresented populations in S.T.E.M. based industries. We provide programs, resources and consulting services to Title I Schools throughout the United States.

Founded in 2011, GEMS Explorers, Inc. is an educational company committed to providing kids and adults with fun and engaging programs that develop skills in imagination, creativity, problem solving, time management, presentation and teamwork. Our programs are engaging and inclusive for all participants. We encourage our Jr. Engineers to challenge themselves to go beyond their perceived expectations and see results that empower them to want to learn more. We also ensure that our program offerings fall directly in line with State and Federal Standards in Education.
GEMS Explorers, Inc. works with schools to customize project-based programming, that enhances classroom learning using LEGOS® and Banbao® bricks. We also offer programs that focus on energy and innovative experiments. GEMS Explorers, Inc. delivers programs to schools across the country. Our new programs offer students another opportunity to make learning come alive through challenging activities and creative lessons. They include Lego® Story Starter , GEMS Math Mission , Brick Building Character, Simple Machines, and a groundbreaking program designed to introduce Pre-K students to STEM Education. The company also delivers exciting experiences including STEM Fairs and birthday party events. Our on site fields trips and STEM camps are also very popular!
We offer a variety of corporate team building, lunch and learns, offsite planning, and event programs using LEGO and Banbao as the tool and catalyst to build relationships and plan strategies for staff and the organizations they work for. ALL AGES need to exercise their creativity and problem solving skills!

GEMS Explorers, Inc was founded by an engineer, educator and award winning motivational speaker that is passionate about increasing student interest and engagement in STEM based fields.
Our founder has served as the coordinator and advisor of one of the first secondary engineering societies for middle grades in Orange County Public Schools. Through her efforts, a vast amount of middle school students have dared to design and build their own dream homes. They have competed in bridge building competitions, developed their own business plans, learned how to become effective members of a team and learned critical problem solving skills. They have also participated in numerous field trips that have exposed them to the importance of STEAM and its global impact on our society.
Currently she is working on her doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Her goal is to teach students that they are capable of extraordinary success now, and in their future. She believes that there is a genius that lies within everyone!
Our founder has taken her highly effective STEM program from one single classroom and has expanded it to a nationwide STEAM movement - providing lessons, consulting, parent workshops, and teacher training throughout the country.
